Hiring for the Position: Life Science Regulatory Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regulatory tasks like bookmarking, hyperlinking of submission documents

• Ensure documents align with ICH & Health Authority requirements

• Conduct Quality Control (QC) of regulatory components

• Manage electronic submissions: original filings, amendments, annual reports, SPLs

• Support Life Cycle Management (LCM) filings and documentation

• Review, transform, and validate submission-ready documents

• Coordinate global filings and maintain compliance

Location:

📍 Bengaluru, India – Office-based role in a corporate environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Experience: 0–2 years

• Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of eCTD submissions, FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines

  • Document compliance & QC checks

  • Basic familiarity with clinical research and pharmacovigilance

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
