About the Role: Associate Clinical Research Specialist

In this fresher-friendly clinical role, the selected candidate will:

  • Design and execute clinical research and evaluation studies

  • Prepare study protocols, CRFs, and trial budgets

  • Coordinate site selection, vendor interactions, and clinical supplies

  • Analyze clinical trial data and support issue resolution

  • Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards

  • Act as a regional clinical liaison for Medtronic

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations

  • Effective communication and coordination abilities

  • Interest in data-driven healthcare and clinical research
