Position: Executive – QMS (Quality Management System)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle training binders and MS tools like EQMS, EDMS, and LMS for onboarding.

• Follow ALCOA+ principles ensuring data integrity and compliance.

• Track and close CAPA, incidents, deviations, and manage change controls with CFT.

• Assign LMS training modules to new joiners.

• Coordinate offboarding processes with RQA.

• Upload procedures for instruments and equipment.

• Conduct biennial reviews and ensure adherence to Syngene’s safety policies.
