Job Overview
Accenture is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Services Associates to join its Life Sciences R&D team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh B.Pharm graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to work in drug safety, regulatory compliance, and patient services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing for drug safety.
Handle ICSR (Individual Case Safety Reports) submissions and follow-ups in the safety database.
Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile reports per guidelines.
Ensure compliance with client-specific and global regulatory requirements.
Conduct written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education: B. Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
Experience: 0–2 years (pharmacovigilance preferred; freshers eligible)
Skills:
Understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance
Knowledge of MedDRA coding & safety database operations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under regulatory frameworks
