About the Role: Regulatory Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be part of the Regulatory Affairs team supporting product development and lifecycle management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting global and local regulatory teams in submissions and compliance activities

  • Maintaining product licenses, CMC data, safety documentation, and CDS updates

  • Ensuring full adherence to Novartis policies, regulatory guidelines, and local/international standards

  • Coordinating system updates (e.g., DRAGON), safety reporting, promotional material review, and packaging data

  • Collaborating with cross-regional stakeholders (EU, China, Japan, LACan, MoW)

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years in Regulatory Affairs (Freshers with internship/project experience may apply)

  • Skills Needed:

    • Understanding of global regulatory processes

    • Project coordination skills

    • Communication and cross-functional collaboration

    • Familiarity with regulatory databases (advantageous)
