About the Team:
Join the Antibody Development Team, which specializes in designing, developing, purifying, and testing antibodies for immunoassay applications using advanced molecular and protein biology platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Scientist I, you will contribute to antibody development projects, focusing on single cell sorting, molecular cloning, and flow cytometry workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform single cell sorting and associated experimental techniques.
Execute molecular biology workflows: high-throughput cloning, PCR, ligation, transformation, plasmid preps.
Maintain precise laboratory records and analyze data.
Stay updated with latest antibody research literature.
Collaborate in team meetings, contribute to troubleshooting, and present findings.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry) with 0–4 years experience, OR
Ph.D. (submitted within last year) in above domains.
Technical Expertise:
Strong foundation in immunology and flow cytometry workflows.
Experience in cell sorting (preferred).
Hands-on molecular biology techniques.
Knowledge of antibody development platforms (desirable).
Familiarity with software: FlowJo, FCS Express, MS Office, GraphPad Prism.
Soft Skills:
Self-motivated, problem-solving, quick learner.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Collaborative team player.
